Siti Zurina is appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Koperasi Warisan Emas Berhad (KOWARIS) effective.
Siti Zurina began her career as a corporate attorney and has extensive knowledge in capital markets, venture capital, and private equity, having gained experience working at renowned law firms such as Zul Rafique & Partners and Azmi & Associates before establishing her own firm, Messrs Zurina, in 2016.
In 2017, she led to the successful establishment of a private equity firm, ie Widuri Capital Management Sdn Bhd (Widuri Capital), registered with Securities Commission, Malaysia and holds the position of Responsible Person at Widuri Capital. Widuri Capital specializes in nurturing high-growth Malaysian enterprises, with a particular focus on platform consolidation and at Widuri Capital,Zurina focuses on providing guidance to private companies seeking pre-IPO restructuring with the aim of being listed on on stock exchanges.
Siti Zurina serves as an independent non-executive director at Reservoir Link Energy Berhad, a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.
